Overall happy with treatment but disappointed with wait time & communication. I had booked an appointment at 12:30 but had to wait 20mins to be seen which was frustrating as I was tight on time & walk ins had been prioritised over existing bookings. The delay wasn’t communicated to me on arrival either by colleagues at the front so it was left to me to ask what was going on and responses were blunt. Shateel was very apologetic and did a great job but it wasn’t the best first experience here
