The venue was clean but the therapy room was chilly even though it was a warm day. The towel to cover my body was slightly damp. Overall there was big lack of communication. The reception wasn't aware of my booking. I was led to a room and they left me without any instruction. They swapped the therapist half way without explanation. Both of the therapists didn't ask where I'd like them to focus. Their English was poor but that's no excuse.

This is a stylish and well run business which looks after the client. There is a range of services with an emphasis on healing outcomes.
I had a deep tissue massage with Leela. She is very skilled and friendly. Very nice experience and felt less pain for my back and shoulders.
I had a reflexology treatment with them. The therapist is very professional and experienced. I have sleeping issue and stress. After the session felt much better and relaxed. Recommend it.
