I arrived to my booked 2 hour hot stone to ‘oh the lady that does those is not in today’. After the two staff members spoke in a different language for a few mins they offered a Swedish upper body massage. I agreed on the basis this would be a similar sort of relaxing if not what I was after. It turned in to a mix of some sort of Swedish massage and then a Thai massage. The 1st therapist disappeared halfway through after yet another none English conversation, no explanation.
