Not perfect, but lovely massage. The atmosphere needs a bit working on. There were scented sticks in the waiting room, but no scents whatsoever in the actually massage room. The oils used were also unscented, nothing smelled nice in the room! Background music would also be nice and generally the atmosphere wasn’t 100% (some interruptions from reception etc). The massage itself was great and the masseuse repeatedly made sure I was happy throughout treatment.

Tracy (the person that did the massage) was super nice and has really good pressure
The lady at the entrance wasn’t very welcoming and kept making noise/talking/interrupting my masseuse while I was having the massage which didn’t contribute to the peace atmosphere I was looking for

Everything was bad:
- booked at 5pm, massage started at 5.40pm
- room was way too small for fitting a couple massage, the therapists have to move our bed every 5 min. The opposite of relaxing!
- my towel was wet and my friend didn’t have one
- the therapists were not skilled at all
- they didn’t finish one of the massage
- one of the therapist was rude and the other one very chatty
- therapists couldn’t speak English
I would expect Treatwell to check the salons. This is a scam!
