I was waiting outside for a while, she said she didn’t hear the bell. I went for a back facial, it was confusing because the chair hadn’t been set up (ie the pillow was there, as if you’re lying on your back). Only halfway through she realised and offered to remove the pillow so I could breathe. Also, the most recent google search on her phone was “what is a back facial”. The floor wasn’t clean and she also left in the middle, it was awkward. The treatment I wouldn’t recommend either, no effect
