You will receive the warmest welcome at this place with a cup of herbal tea and the kindest staff. While you wait, you can browse through all their products and ask for advice. The massage room was outstanding, warm and with an amazing atmosphere with relaxing music and mini lights all over the ceilings.
I do recommend this place if you want to have a 6 stars service!
I have been to Jivita a few times now, firstly for a consultation with Anu who gave me a solid consultation and some amazing advice that has made such a difference to my daily living and wellbeing. I decided to embark on the 10-day detox a while later and it really was one of the most incredible things I have experienced. Both during and after my mind and body felt the most loved and nourished it ever has. The results were obvious from both the outside and inside. I loved discussing my progress with Anu on a daily basis and her quiet encouragement was perfect. I HIGHLY recommend Jivita and Anu
Jivita Ayurveda is a haven for relaxation and bringing balance to your body and mind. All the treatments have been excellent, and this is coming from a person of high standards and lots of experience on treatments all over the world. In Jivita come together the pampering aspect of the beautiful treatments they offer and the knowledge on ayurveda and overall health of the body and mind. All of the treatments that I've experienced have taken me to a blissful state and I've felt renewed and balanced afterwords. I highly recommend their treatments. And if you have a more serious health issue, Anu Paavola is a skilled ayurvedic practitioner whom I would trust with any of my health issues.
As soon as you enter Jivita Ayurveda you start relaxing. The staff are professional and very welcoming. I have had there a number of different treatments over the years and I have always left the place feeling great! My all time favourite is a full body massage combined with Shirodhara. I highly recommend you to try this place.
The venue looks lovely and the staff are welcoming and professional.I had a Full Body Massage and a Shirodhara. I will definitely return and recommend it to friends.
