It's just a great feeling to have a local holistic centre which feels like a shelter... Where the staff are warm and knowledgeable and where you find people who really care about your wellbeing. I had a very positive experience. The only downside is the cost. All treatments are quite expensive.

The atmosphere is really calming and the therapist used the right amount of pressure to be relaxed but also feeling like knots were being worked out. I felt great afterwards and the next day. The only thing missing is a relaxation area between the therapy room and reception however only matters if you want a spa type experience.

Had two two hour treatments foots scrubs, facial massages, scrub, pack, back scrub and pack, full body massage and Indian head massage. As good as it gets in the world. Staff very professional. Highly recommended!
