Great experience from start to finish. The therapist was very professional, made me feel completely at ease, and explained everything clearly. The Hollywood waxing was done efficiently with minimal discomfort, and the results were super smooth.

The beautician beautifully replicated the lashes I wanted, unfortunately the day after a lot of the lashes already had fallen off, and even after going in for complimentary infills the day after, I only have 20% of my lashes left(8days). I usually get extensions so I know the proper care, but I think this was an issue with the glue. Had planned the extensions for a holiday but they haven’t even managed to survive before my flight… have to fork out another £60 for a last minute full set
