The salon is lovely and nicely decorated and the staff are friendly, but the lash extensions I've had done are just not up to standard. My usual lash techs is on leave and I took a chance booking an appointment here but sadly I feel I've wasted my money. The lady who did them was sweet but could not converse easily in English so we couldn't discuss the type of lashes I wanted effectively. She has only covered about 70% of my lashes which isn't a full set. I feel the job was rushed and the lashes have not been applied carefully against the lash line. The glue has also clumped together where it has been allowed to dry between applications. I was also not impressed that one of my bottom lashes got stuck to an extension, which was very uncomfortable to remove and I ended up having to cut it off myself. Overall not terrible, but disappointing and not worth the price for a 'full set' of classics.
