Hyejin was so lovely and welcoming . I have very fine short lashes and I explained that I have had extensions many times but they look so unnatural as too thick or curly or too many at the sides of the eyes. She told me the eye opening lashes in 9 10 and 11 length classics would suit my eyes and give a natural look and she was right. I felt very relaxed and in good hands and will return to her. Although its slot of money for me to pay it is worth it as she does a fabulous job.

Ear-piercing very efficient and relatively pain free - my daughter was very happy.
My eyebrow wax and tint was not great. The shape of my eyebrows were uneven and one eyebrow was darker than the other. Marker string was not used to evenly shape the eyebrows unlike in other salons I have attended. The process felt very rushed and I doubt that I will return.
