The customer service was really lovely — Very welcoming and polite. The facial itself was very gentle, with a lot of massage time, which I’m sure many people would enjoy. Personally, I was hoping for something a bit more intensive and focused on extractions and deep cleansing. It would have also been nice to hear more about the products being used during the treatment. I think the service is still developing and will only get better with more experience and feedback from different clients.
