Elisha has good and respectful customer service. She always greets you with a smile and listens to what you want. She has good knowledge of any questions you may ask regarding any hair problems and good knowledge of the different products the salon sells. I am satisfied with my hair colour and cut and the girls always make sure my requests are met. For example the use of a neck cushion on the sink when washing my hair and drying my hair enough, so I don’t leave with damp hair. The receptionist are friendly too and professional.
