Going to JCC is like having a catch up with friends. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Brooke is great at listening to what I want and gives great advice for my hair which can be challenging. Nothing is too much trouble. Wouldn’t trust my hair with any other salon! Thank you ☺️

April was amazing - I had a basic idea of what I wanted to have done, but wasn't sure about layers, etc and she took the time to explain the different options and her professional opinion, while also stressing that everyone is different and so ultimately the decision was mine. I really appreciated her expertise, as well as her friendliness, and had a really nice chat as she worked! I've made a note to make sure I ask for April again next time :)
