If you are looking for a osteopath "Jigsaw"Is the place to be !!! When you have had your consultation with Arjun he will advise you straight away as to where your problem is arising from and what treatment he will give you to help you get better. Arjun is a excellent osteopath and is very friendly and will listen and advise you even after you have treatments to what excercises you should do in order to keep you fit and well. He is excellent .. I have recommended my friends and familly who are very pleased with treatments.

I booked an appointment here to help relieve my back pain and after three sessions I could feel my body was almost pain free. The service was also undeniably good and professional. I was told what to do after my treatment and was given extra aids to help any pain I may have. Really worth a visit!

I could not recommend the osteopathy treatments at Jigsaw enough - Arjun is a personable, consummate professional who strives to provide holistic and realistic advice on maintaining healthy joints, improving posture and combatting the effects of long hours in the office on the back and shoulders. I had sustained back and neck pain which was making being sat at a desk all day agonising, but with my initial consultation session and a few follow up sessions, I had received the treatment I needed and was able to take forward a plan to prevent and manage reoccurring symptoms.

Working in an office 6 days a week had really effected my posture, I wouldn’t have known this had I not gone to see Arjun on the off chance that he might be able to fix my lower back pains. He took the time to advise me on the best ways to rectify my posture through stretches and regular exercise. Now I am living a much healthier and active lifestyle, and what’s more is that I never suffer from lower back pain!
