Overall I was very happy to get my lashes taken off (not by Jiemao) due to a reaction of some sort. Booking was required by online and required a £15 deposit. I had some trouble with the system accepting my phone number and so I called to see what was wrong. The girl that I spoke was a little off putting as she told me, “thats interesting... we have other US clients that use it just fine,” instead of just helping me find a quick solution. So I asked how it was supposed to be inputted, and I then was able to book the appointment. The room for the service was not at all what I expected based off the website and pricing. It was a small room with 3 beds and had no spa like decor or ambience. The technician Paulina was wonderful! Very sweet, kind and thorough. My only other suggestions would be to have some sort of signage as it was hard to identify the building.
