Well it started quite positive. I was wearing a lot of mascara so naturally it took quite a bit to get rid of it. However, I have really sensitive eyes and when the technician was taking it off, she was a bit rough and my eyes were red for 2 days after. Also, hygiene......twice she sneezed and did not wash her hands. She was also texting. This really got annoyed me as I'd paid £180 for her time, not her social life. When I asked her if she was, she said no. I could hear her and felt the phone being set down. After the first eye was eventually done, I asked to use the bathroom. I saw the phone was right by head as suspected. When getting up to leave the room, the technician told me to be quick as she had another client after me.....perhaps if there was less texting, we would have finished earlier than 3 hours. This REALLLLLY disappointed me! I love the lashes, but my God I found the atmosphere and staff unprofessional considering that impressive building it was in. There was chat about staff invoices etc. it would seem that there is one room which includes the office. Disappointed as I really liked the result. Such a shame
