I booked this very last minute, maybe 11pm the day before for the very first appointment slot at 9am the next day. Erica was right on time even with short notice which i really appreciated. I was offered a drink (I went for coffee) and the service itself was very well done and Erica was super professional and knowledgeable and we spoke about a potential plan for future appointments as far as my hair journey. Thank you Erica!! I loved the music you were playing as well.
