Hey, I’m Andrew! I’m the co-founder of The Studio, with 17 years of experience in the hair industry — honestly, where does the time go?! My journey started as an apprentice in North Wales, before the bright lights of Manchester came calling. It was here that I met Jessie, and together we decided to bring our vision to life by opening The Studio. We shared the same passion for hair and the same dream of creating a space where clients could switch off, feel pampered and leave feeling like the best version of themselves. For me, it’s all about great hair, good vibes and making you feel amazing. I love everything about hair, whether it’s short or long, blonde or brunette, fine or thick. Every head of hair is different, and I love finding what works best for you, your lifestyle and your personal style. Cutting, colouring and extensions are where I really thrive, but whether you’re after a complete transformation, a little refresh or simply a gorgeous blow-dry, I’ve got you covered! And when you’re in my chair, the experience is just as important as the hair itself. Fancy a good gossip and a chinwag? I’m your guy! Prefer to sit back, relax and enjoy some peace and quiet with a bit of music? That’s absolutely fine too. Hello loves! My name’s Resna and I am an expert stylist here at J|A Hair Studio. I have been in the hairdressing industry well over a decade now. It’s been a passion of mine since young so as soon as I left school, I went straight into training to be a professional hairdresser. I love working on all hair textures and would consider myself to be a stylist that thrives off challenges. I also specialise in curly hair so my girlies ranging from 3a - 4c curl types, I’d love to go on a journey with you to get the best results. I’m personable and always conscious of being considerate towards my clients needs and desires. I’m confident in all aspects of hairdressing and excel in every category. I take extra care in making sure my clients are comfortable and can express themselves without feeling judged. I’m a stylist that will give my advice but also listen to my clients wants. So if that’s only a few cm’s you’d like trimmed, I would never go against that request. I want my clients to leave the chair happy that they got what they asked for. My favourite types of colours to do are balayage’s and panel work. I enjoy creating lived in colours but also love to see character with bold looks. And cuts? I love doing it all. You can trust that I will always value the health of my client’s hair and make it my aim to keep the integrity of every strand.
