I've been working with Jessica on a regular basis for more than a year and a half now, and I must say- she knows what she's doing and gives it her all. Even though I’m in my late 30s, I feel stronger and more energised than I did in my 20s! I really admire Jessica's drive to grow and expand her skills. She connects different areas of knowledge and always looks for solutions. It's especially important nowadays to understand what actually works, and Jessica seems to understand that really well.
