Booked an appointment and arrived to be told that they hadn't received my booking from treatwell. Was told to come back the day after. A bit annoyed as had been booked for a while and had already paid for parking. Did not return as found someone elsewhere who I regularly go to now.

Staff wasn’t aware of my booking, no treatment available however they apologised and offered to complete the treatment if I returned later the same day, unfortunately there was nobody there & the salon was locked up, so after attending for the treatment & returning once more to find the staff had gone home I would not recommend this studio at all.

Facial was as expected, my skin felt nice afterwards and I enjoyed the experience. Staff were polite and courteous, professional and caring. However, the treatment room was a little too clinical for my taste - all white, the lights were very bright throughout and the bed was plastic & my skin stuck to it (no towel or sheet down). Would be nice if the lights were dimmed during treatment where possible but the facial itself was good.

I have photos which are on their FB reviews page, I left with my legs covered in wax and only half the hair removed so it looks a patchy mess - I also turned up for my booked appointment at 9:15 to a shut salon - an hour later a girl turned up and said to come back at 4 (I only went back because it was the only day I could get it done and my usual place couldn't fit me in so I looked on here). The salon offered me a refund via Facebook but I've not heard from them since this.. they have great reviews for everything else and it was a gorgeous salon but I definitely don't recommend getting any waxing treatments until they have had training at least because the girl was nice and it's a nice environment to visit if you're close to Leigh
