Jess did a colour correction for my daughter after a disasterous DIY attempt to remove temporary colours. She offered us an appointment at very short notice and treated my very distressed teenager with care and respect. Not only did she transform her hair beautifully but she seriously undercharged for the amount of work she put in to the process. I wouldn't have trusted anyone but Jess, she is so skilled and intuitive with colour. She didn't just fix her hair, her new colour blend is GORGEOUS.
