Jess is the best, she worked an absolute MIRACLE on my hair when I accidentally dyed it black with box dye. I messaged her in a panic, as I was going away, and she managed to fit me in to her busy week. I wasn’t really sure how well the dye could be lifted, but not only did Jess manage to fix my hair completely, I love the colour and toner she chose. She was understanding, knowledgeable and advised on how to get my hair back to its original colour. Cannot recommend highly enough, she saved me!
