I haven't met Jess before and she was very warm and professional. She took careful note of what I wanted and the massage was lovely - and the hot stones on my sore shoulder was an unexpected bonus.

Jess made my experience so relaxing. The room and overall experience was very calm, professional and well organised. Loved the lemon water on arrival and herbal tea upon leaving. I feel very relaxed and already looking forward to returning.
