I booked with hetal but was seen by another lady, The service was ok but after letting them grow throughout lockdown i expected to have both eyebrows the same. Instead i have to regrow bits again. Was ok but not great.

I got a different technican to the one allocated and the environment wasn’t the comfiest (in the middle of a bustling nail salon) however my technican was efficient and knowledgeable and accommodated my change in time. I would come back for sure!
