I recommend that nobody visits this salon and has their eyebrows threaded by Hetal. She chatted throughout my appt with others and when I left my eyebrows were completely uneven!!! I know eyebrows are sisters not twins - but mine don’t even look like distant cousins! I complained to Hetal and she told me to come back so she can fix them. Instead she was 20 mins late for my appt and blamed me for leaving and not waiting. I’ve received no apology for the state of my brows - appalling.
