Floriana is the best. My nails were in a state and I booked an emergency appointment morning of because one of my acrylics was coming off. My appointment didn’t show up on their system but Floriana happily accommodated me. She took extra care to make sure my nails remained in tact and explained to me what she was doing every step of the way because I was terrified my nails was going to rip off. She had great conversation with me which sometimes you don’t get with a nail tech until you’ve been going for a long time but I welcomed on my first visit there. Needless to say my nails turned out amazing and exactly like what I had asked for. Will be back to get 5 star nails from Floriana!
Satisfied with my shellac manicure. It lasted just over 2 weeks before it started chipping. The choice of colours was also brilliant. I'm giving this salon 3 stars because the manicure was actually quite painful. The technician made 4 of my cuticles bleed with a cuticle cutting tool. This left my cuticles sore for days and some of them scabbed which was less than ideal. I've had many manicures where the technician has successfully removed my cuticles without using this tool or making me bleed. For these reasons I will not be returning here.
Amazing experience! Jessi’s nails was unbelievably clean and tidy. Love my nails and will definitely be coming back.
