Highly unprofessional service where we were not greeted and barely acknowledged. This was meant to be something to cheer myself and friends up as we had been struggling with Covid and our mental health. I requested a mani pedi and literally as soon as I left the store my nails chipped though it was supposedly shellac. 2-3 days later 5 of my nails had my polish came off completely. I went back and requested that I either have a refund or the nails were redone - they were redone by the same girl who did them. She was very cold and rude, made bizzare and shady eye contact to her colleague when I sat down to my nails. She saw me walk into the store and did not acknowledge. Tried to blame the awful job that she did on the fact that I washed dishes, which makes zero
Sense given that the group of girls I came with had their nails done by someone else I’m the store and their nails look fantastic.

Nails that have lasted me a day! I paid £35 in total for reference. My nails were not the only ones that were botched by this girl.
If you fancy rude service, little knowledge of what they are doing and disappointment this is the place for you.
Absolutely love my nails! I got them done a week before for my wedding day on 21st September. They are still on, strong & haven't chipped or discoloured at all. They still look amazing, apart from my natural nail growth, they still look fresh and natural.They ladies working there are so lovely and had a good laugh with them too. Made me feel right at home and even helped me with my choice as I was still unsure what to have. The end result was perfect and more than I could of ever thought of. Thankyou so an amazing experience and can't wait to come back for more. Highly recommend for anyone to get your nails done here. They offer other pampering options too which I will definitely be going back for ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
