Jess was absolutely amazing! After a really bad experience with my previous hairdresser, I’d become a bit nervous—even phobic—about getting my hair done. But Jess completely changed that. She was so warm and chatty, and instantly made me feel at ease. She really listened to what I wanted and gave great advice for my new style. What I really appreciated was that she didn’t try to upsell any products—just genuine, honest service. I’d definitely recommend her and will 100% be going back!

Jess is so talented! She perfectly balances giving you exactly what you want alongside her own personal input. I've honestly not had a better experience at a hairdressers and I was so happy with the results of my hair cut. From start to finish Jess was amazing and I will be coming back again. She also gave great advice about styling and aftercare. Highly recommend.
