Jess is absolutely incredible! I despise having my haircut ( left it a whole year! ) as I hate the whole uncomfortable small talk, saying what you would like done and never actually getting it. Well, I can confirm that Jess has completely changed my attitude! There was no small talk, we had actual conversations and I left with exactly what I was looking for! Thank you so much Jess, I will see you in 3 months for a trim!
