I returned for my 2nd haircut at this little gem of a salon tucked away inside the Kensington Leisure Center (who knew?) and it was every bit as fabulous as the first one! Jess is uber-talented as a hair cutter/stylist (the important part) and really interesting/entertaining to talk to (the fun part!). Don’t think twice if you need a haircut - she’s terrific.

Jess is a very skilled stylist who really understands colour. She carefully listened to what I wanted to create the lived in blonde I asked for. Not easy on a first appointment! Jess is trained in the popular Australian baby lights technique too. So no blocky chunks of colour - just gentle highlights carefully woven through. Jess is passionate about hair and giving her clients a great experience. Highly recommend.

Jess was absolutely amazing! After a really bad experience with my previous hairdresser, I’d become a bit nervous—even phobic—about getting my hair done. But Jess completely changed that. She was so warm and chatty, and instantly made me feel at ease. She really listened to what I wanted and gave great advice for my new style. What I really appreciated was that she didn’t try to upsell any products—just genuine, honest service. I’d definitely recommend her and will 100% be going back!
