I was booked with Lilly but had someone else. I did ask for Lilly. The other lady left glue all over my fingers, I asked for coffin but she made nails oval, was very rough & didn’t even massage my hands at any point. Over all felt rushed and wasn’t a relaxing experience that having nails done should be.

I was referred to by a friend and what a great referral. The staff were friendly and I had asked Lily that I wanted certain time of shape on my nails but short. At first she said no it won’t be possible but then she tried and I absolutely love my nails. I will be returning to Jenni’s as my new nail place.

I booked ombré nails and was given plain acrylics so I deducted money from the price also my appointment was at 6:15pm and it felt rushed.

nails were cut quick and neat. the cuticles were cut deep that it left me with many cuts, which is still sore. the polish colour was good, but it started chipping badly on the same day. however what do I expect for a normal polish
