Jenny Lee is very personable and seems to know her stuff. The treatment went well (except for getting paraffin in my hair) and the massage was excellent. But the environment is not good. When I first walked in to the space I noticed a musty smell. The space was messy and the TV was left on throughout the treatment. The only lighting was a fluorescent light that desperately needed to be cleaned. I like Jenny and believe she is good at what she does, but her service could easily be taken up a notch by providing better ambience. I realize she is restricted in her ability to change her space because of its location, but softer lighting, perhaps an aromatherapy diffuser, soft music or silence (no TV) would go a long way to improving the experience for her clients. She would do herself a big service, by making these small changes.
friendly atmosphere and very clean. i went along with 2 of my friends, we all booked the facials together and got a goody bag too. so close to the station. it was an experience to remember had a lovely day with my girls
Situated within a room I'm the Portobello Green gym, it's definitely no frills, but good waxing at a great price with a very pleasant therapist. I've already been back again.
Jenny was very friendly, made me feel welcome and comfortable. It was a good experience and didnt hurt as much as expected!! Jenny was very professional and I would definitley recommend her services.
