I booked with Jenny Gazelle however when I got there I was greeted by a different hairstylist. This didn't bother me too much but I would have preferred the stylist I booked. It was a lovely set up and everyone was very friendly so I enjoyed my time. However another stylist did not wash my hair properly and so I still had hair dye on my scalp which gave me burns and scabs.
