The treatment took place in a cosy cabin that felt calm, relaxing and welcoming. I felt comfortable the moment I arrived. We spent the appointment chatting which helped the time pass so quickly.
Throughout the treatment I felt completely at ease. Everything was explained clearly,helpful advice about caring for my lashes getting the most from the treatment afterwards.
What stood out most,the experience with her genuine warmth and kindness shown throughout, she truly cares about her clients.
