Was not impressed. This was my second visit and will be my last. The first time was great but this has put me off. The filing was not shaped properly. The colour was thick and did not match. I'm keeping it very short as I don't want to go into detail as they was friendly but was just a bad experience with the whole treatment ( pedicure) . I was not comfortable with this technicians work and did not feel I can relax having to keep asking to alter what they was doing.

My nails came out really nice. I got a removal and ombré for reference. It can get busy so make sure you factor in some waiting time as even with an appointment you might have to wait around a while!
