I have been going here for years. I thought the service today 28/10/23, was below par. I had 2 technicians, one on nails and another on toes. I really couldn't relax and felt everything rushed. The pedicure was mediocre and lots of cutting into the skin and painful. Obviously a trainee. Manicure was balanced on the side bar of the pedicure chair. An awful experience. I wasn't asked whether I wanted both manicure and pedicure at the same time. Felt rushed, uncomfortable totally frustrating.
