Despite appointment, had to wait nearly 45 mins whilst they served people who came after! Appointment was made for 11-year old daughter, technician wouldn’t offer choice of colours, excuse being that metallic colours would cost more even though we were prepared to pay. Then gave silly suggestion of doing nail extensions (completely unsuitable at that age) and lastly the nail painting done was really poor. Would not be going here again.
