Took very long I would have preferred someone with better experience as my nails are ok but not the best which is a shame after how much the overall cost was and how long I was sitting in the chair for.

Where do I start...
Appointment was running over 40mins over time.
The man doing my nails acted like he didn't understand my questions, and mumbled something in response to me. After speaking to the manager and asking her my question, all of a sudden he was speaking to me clearly and understood what I was asking him.
Was told I was not allowed to test a nail polish colour on my nails.
Very disappointed and will not be going there again!
