Zero interaction from the technician. Apart from being annoyed I did not want a full manicure but just nail colour. Didn’t speak at all. Literally. No atmosphere. No care. Felt like I was an inconvenience. This is not a one off. Def won’t return again.

Did not file my nail proportionally or symmetrically. Applied polish to HALF of a nail and there were marks on more than one nail. Walked in with a good mood, walked out with a BAD mood.

Absolutely love this nail salon! The people are very friendly and the customer service is amazing. I’ve been coming here for a while now and refuse to go to any other nail bar. 😍
