I booked a treatment in advance in order not to wait because I’m currently +8m pregnant and I cannot seat for a long period of time due to intense pain. Technician took me about 15m later and had the audacity to make me wait an additional 30m in order to take care of a walk-in client. In the meantime they left on my hand some chemical products for all this time. After expressing 2x how incorrect this is a technician came and did some neglected work on my nail! Will not go again!
