The effort and experience was great, such great care taken with my nails. Only problem is as soon as i left the salon one of them smudged despite me staying under the dryer quite a long time. This is not the fault of the gentleman doing my nails but perhaps their dryers or the polish used that day wasn't great. Still really pleased for the most part with my service and the way my nails were after xxx

L was nice and friendly and the other staffs as well but it's just the BIAB though. Not very smooth, there were some bumps with the builder gel and tiny bubble on the french tip. It was not very obvious unless closeup and when touched.
