L was nice and friendly and the other staffs as well but it's just the BIAB though. Not very smooth, there were some bumps with the builder gel and tiny bubble on the french tip. It was not very obvious unless closeup and when touched.

I attend Jennifers on a regular basis, and most of the time, it is a good and enjoyable experience. It's a nice deco and atmosphere, and the staff is welcoming and professional. There is a big choice of colours for manicure and pedicure both usual nail vanish and shellac. There are massage chairs available during pedicure and it's a real bonus to the place. Overall, I would recommend Jennifer's to anyone.
