I do my nails at Jennifer's in Stanmore and Golders Green. They used to be similar in providing excellent service to me as a customer. However,the last 2 times in Golders Green branch I wasn't satisfied. I know the difference, that is why. The therapists were rushing and not too thorough. There was no little touches of care with a gentle hand massage in the end, as it used to be. Left me feeling like their service went downhill.Unfortunately.Hope this review will help them to improve.

I didnt manage to get the name of the girl who did my pedicure but she was great . Very happy customer and definitely will ne going back .
