I do my nails at Jennifer's in Stanmore and Golders Green. They used to be similar in providing excellent service to me as a customer. However,the last 2 times in Golders Green branch I wasn't satisfied. I know the difference, that is why. The therapists were rushing and not too thorough. There was no little touches of care with a gentle hand massage in the end, as it used to be. Left me feeling like their service went downhill.Unfortunately.Hope this review will help them to improve.

The effort and experience was great, such great care taken with my nails. Only problem is as soon as i left the salon one of them smudged despite me staying under the dryer quite a long time. This is not the fault of the gentleman doing my nails but perhaps their dryers or the polish used that day wasn't great. Still really pleased for the most part with my service and the way my nails were after xxx
