Although I had booked my appointment in advance I ended up waiting 35 mins for it to start. If I wasn’t going to my engagement party the next day I would have walked out due to frustration.
Once I finally got my nails done the technician ended up doing a satisfactory job and was unable to provide a discount for the delay.
