Myself along with other people with appointments waited almost 1 hr to be seen, the employees don’t speak much english so hard to communicate what results you want. They don’t apologise if you waited for your appointment either.

Not only was a i charged extra on the day . they seemed to be charging every single person extra for everything that you needed or requested. For example i asked for a normal colour with white tip . apparently i needed to pay a whole extra amount
The venue was not equipped for that many people and it was stuffy , they should really invest in some sort of air conditioning. The pedicure lasted about 5 minutes and wasn’t correctly done as they where more-worried in getting the next person
