It was my first time at your salon and after I left on one side underneath my foot it was bleeding and on the other side underneath my big to it had been scraped off too much and is hurting. Both feet are now hurting and I would like a refund please.

What’s the point of making an appointment if you have to wait ages for your turn because there is too many walk in people already. You need to hold a therapist if there’s an appointment due. This is the only disappointment for what is otherwise excellent service.
Apart from that, please clean the poor plant that’s covered in nail dust
