They are very quick and do a good job but just a shame that appointment times aren’t kept too. I had to wait 20 mins - luckily I wasn’t in a rush!

This was a very rare one off treat for me I was going away for the weekend and something I was looking forward to. I arrived and informed a gentleman that I booked two treatments via Treatwell. I was promptly seated and very impressed with the gentlemen who went to select my colours. I was not offered the massage function in the chair which was dissappointingandtheladywasa little abrupt in her commands as well as talking to her colleague beside her during treatment but both treatments carried out well and quickly. My nails looked beautiful. I paid for the treatment via treatwell so when done I asked the lady was I finished and she said yes so I got my stuff together and left. As I was walking to my car a lady and the gentleman ran after me to say I didn’t pay, I was mortified! I logged on to treatwell and showed them I had. The gentleman at this point was quite rude and asked to take a screen shot of my phone and started to mumble. I said I was happy to come in and wait until he verified it to which point he just walked off, no apology or even a little bit of conversation to break the sustain he was now displaying for me. I called treatwell to ensure it had indeed been paid to which they confirmed it had and that the venue should check that as the booking comes in. Lovely nails but unfortunately the way I was treated was not nice at all it could have been handled a lot more professionally and nicer. I will not be booking here again.
