The treatment was excellent and I do not fault it. I would highly recommend it. My only criticism is the attititude from one of the staff. I was initially seen by a lovely girl who was very friendly. I was then 'swapped' with another member of staff who seemed a bit resentful I had booked and paid through Treatwell and not in cash directly to them: she made this point twice. I felt like she thought I was nuisance and wanted to get me out as soon as possible; this put a bit of dampener on the experience however I am very happy with the treatment

I was really disappointed visiting this salon - I have been here a few times before and have always been so impressed with the speed of the service I've always come back. I showed up for my appointment and the staff failed to acknowledge I had pre-booked an appointment. 25 minutes later I was sat down and began on my take off, full set acrylic and shellac treatment. At this point I was quite angry as it was a Saturday and I had plans so didn't want to be sitting around in the salon for hours. The woman who did my nails barely spoke English, like most of the staff, she rushed my nails and they don't feel very secure now it will only be a few days before I'll have to get an infill. Then the worst part was when I went to pay extra (for my shellac, the take off and redo I had paid for through Treatwell with a Treatwell discount) and the woman insisted I hadn't paid and I needed to pay £45.00. After showing her my mobile confirmation and 'paid in full' she refused this was genuine... Eventually I gave up as her English was ridiculously bad and I paid her £45 - even though I had paid through Treatwell!! I will be avoiding this place in the future, it was far too much hassle and too embarrassing arguing with the staff in front of the rest of the salon.
