Myself along with other people with appointments waited almost 1 hr to be seen, the employees don’t speak much english so hard to communicate what results you want. They don’t apologise if you waited for your appointment either.

Not only was a i charged extra on the day . they seemed to be charging every single person extra for everything that you needed or requested. For example i asked for a normal colour with white tip . apparently i needed to pay a whole extra amount
The venue was not equipped for that many people and it was stuffy , they should really invest in some sort of air conditioning. The pedicure lasted about 5 minutes and wasn’t correctly done as they where more-worried in getting the next person

Need air conditioning in there... staff are lovely.. but waiting 40 mins for an appointment which was booked is not funny in this heat

No happy at all, they don’t remove cuticle, after the infill I had very dry cuticle and not oil was offered. One hand has longer nails than the order and the almond shape in some nails were not “almond”.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I have to for this place. I have been here twice and never again. I got infills and within 2 days the shellac started to lift and the acrylic broke off. Second time I went it happened again, they looked terrible. I was going on holidays and needed them fixed.I left work early to make the appointment and when I got there there was a queue of girls waiting and I was told I had no booking even though I spoke to 2 girls and said I was booked in. They were so rude
