Good experience but could have been better! The haircut was done nicely, I’m happy with it. However the washing experience wasn’t great and usually when I go for a wash and haircut, I always look forward to the washing as this is the relaxing part for me. But sadly it wasn’t the case at Jena’s :(
No complaints at all regarding the cutting done! She’s done it well, and thank you for that!!

Immaculate results wow! I had balayage done and the team used a great and gentle technique which ensured I got exactly what I wanted. Many thanks to everyone at Jena beauty salon, specifically ‘Jena/um Ibrahim’ who worked on my hair. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and keep up the good work, will always go back to the salon everytime I’m visiting the UK. 10/10 and all the best of luck :)
